Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be over the moon with your purchase! If your case hasn't been used, you're more than welcome to exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date.
A few friendly notes:
- All sales are final, and refunds are generally issued for defective items.
- Personalized products are extra special and can only be returned if they arrive defective.
- If your order arrives damaged or falls under our warranty, we'll gladly replace it! Just reach out to us at support@kozicase.com to get started.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (these are non-refundable unless the item is defective)."
How to make an exchange?
Ready for a swap? Please send your unused case to the address below. Don't forget to include a little note with your name, order number, what you’d like to exchange it for, and the reason for the swap.
